About Us

Our Team Approach

Our lawyers and legal support staff come from diverse backgrounds. We leverage that breadth of life experience to investigate options and evaluate out-of-the-box potential for resolution. We take pride in putting our heads together, working as a team, to address each and every matter for our clients.

No two cases are identical, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution in Family Law or Juvenile Law. Our team-focused approach ensures a creative, effective, and efficient process is brought to bear on each case we handle – always with an eye towards the client’s best interests, and always in respectful consideration of the client’s resources.

About Our Practice

RPM Law has successfully represented clients across a broad range of legal issues, including criminal defense, civil litigation, DUI defense, Protective Orders, civil traffic hearings, Probate matters, Personal Injury and even appellate work. But the firm’s primary practice focus is on Family Law and Juvenile Law.

From Special Paternity matters (co-parenting for couples who were never married) to same-sex issues to complex, adverse divorce or custody-related disputes, RPM Law is capable of resolving all types of Family and Juvenile law matters – including situations where the Department of Child Safety (DCS, formerly CPS) has become involved. We also help with the guardianship process for minors and adults.

We Speak Military

Andy served as an Aviator in the United States Navy and as a Combat Search and Rescue pilot with the Air Force Reserve. Jon served in the United States Army in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Both continue to serve as pro bono Counsel for veterans in Arizona’s Regional Municipalities Veterans Court. Julia, Jon, and Andy all participated as supervised attorneys in the Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic during their legal studies.

RPM Law is committed to assisting service members; we understand the complexities specific to military divorces and Family Law matters, including long-distance custody arrangements and the division of military retirement. We frequently serve those stationed at Davis-Monthan, Fort Huachuca and Luke, and we have a deeper understanding of what’s involved to address these challenges when you wear the uniform.
