Parenting Time with pets????

For many the question of who gets the family pet(s) is one of the most important issues when ending a marriage. While Arizona has no specific law regarding this issue, it may only be a matter of time before that changes...

Alaska became the first state in the US this month to put into law requirements for Family Court Judge's to consider "the well-being of the animal" when making decisions.

Additionally this new law allows for family pets to be covered under domestic violence orders of protection.

If you are facing a family law issue do not hesitate to reach out to us today and schedule a free consultation (520)740-1802.
