Jon came to Arizona for law school with an interest in helping veterans in the Veterans Advocacy Law Clinic at the James E. Rogers College of Law. Having been with RPM Law from its inception - first as a Law Clerk and now as an attorney - Jon has developed a passion and keen acumen in handling Family Law cases.
Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at the University of Kansas. Working in factories and warehouses during his undergraduate education, Jon's undergraduate education did not run the traditional four-year course - especially with the deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. But these unique experiences ensured that Jon did not just graduate with a degree, but also with a well-developed work ethic and life experiences that produce creative and effective solutions to a myriad of problems.
At the James E. Rogers College of Law, Jon applied himself to learning litigation and advocacy strategies, participating in the Barry Davis National Trial Team for two years. Apart from learning how to be effective in the Courtroom, Jon also studied Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) strategies to ensure that he could help clients find positive solutions to their legal issues.
Jon's service in the United States Army Reserve (including two combat tours) connects him with service members and veterans that come to RPM Law for Family Law help. The issues that present in Family Law matters and their implications regarding military careers and benefits requires the knowledge base and diligent focus which Jon brings with him.
If you need an attorney that will be honest with you about your Family Law matter and who will present you with your best options, Jon will take the time to make sure that you go through the process with the confidence of knowing what's coming, and that you'll have an outstanding advocate helping you through it.
